So you’ve read about why you need to train, have prudently decided you need to train, and now, you need to choose a plan.

For power based plans, there is currently 1 choice: a 12 week base builder, that can be scaled up to 24 or 36 weeks.
12 week base builder
With 12 weeks of training, plus a taper week, this provides 3 months of training leading up to your event.
You can choose a beginner plan, intermediate plan, or expert plan, or, get all 3 at a discount. They’re all in one plan (for simplicity).
The advantage of getting all 3 (or 2) is that you can essentially start as a beginner, or intermediate and move through to expert and train for 24 or 36 weeks. Training for 24 or 36 weeks for your Gran Fondo will be more than enough for most people.
