The VeloNomad refund policy is very simple.
If you are unhappy with your ebook, you have 2 weeks to shoot me an email and ask for a refund. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase I’ll refund your money in full no questions asked (apart from me wanting to know why you were unhappy, so I can fix it!).
Before purchasing, I urge you to check out the Google Books embedded preview or the preview download, to minimise the chance of you being unhappy with your purchase.
So, if you really are unhappy with your purchase, or feel like you didn’t get what you paid for, shoot me an email and we’ll sort you out. I’d rather you are happy and keep checking out the site.
As a side note: people say to me, “isn’t that a bit silly? Now they have their money and an ebook”. My response to that is, people are inherently honest, and 99/100 people will do the right thing.
As a matter of interest, the refund rate for on my ebooks is 0.1% (1 in 1000).
We can’t offer refunds for SIMs delivered after you leave, sorry. Whilst we usually ship SIM orders within 48 hours of receiving them (often on the same day), and ship using international and domestic express, the reality is that customs services and local postal services in your country can add delays, which are totally beyond our control.
