How to Save Travel Documents on the iPhone Part 2
In a previous post, I showed how to save your travel documents to your iPhone. It was a painful process, but thanks to reader Vadim for sending in this tip.
Dropbox allows you to store files remotely and access them anywhere in the world.
To get them to your phone, all you need to do is:
- Get the Dropbox app on your iPhone (free)
- Download the Dropbox application (free) to your computer (Mac, PC, Linux)
- Get an account – there's no clear “Sign up” on their page, but you can find Dropbox signup here. You can also sign up from withtin the app itself.
- Simply drag and drop (from within the app on your PC or Mac or Linux box) the files you want uploaded, into your Dropbox account. You can then browse them from your iPhone or another computer.
GOLD! And much easier than the convoluted process showing how to save your travel documents to your iPhone.
Hope this helps!
