Gran Fondo Training Plan Types
You can now choose between a power-based or heart-rate-based Gran Fondo Training Plan.
Just click below and you’ll be taken to the right page.
If you train with a heart rate monitor and will continue to do so, click Heart Rate.
If you train with power, or will commence doing so, you know what to do.
If you’ve landed on this page and have no idea what it’s about, here’s the low down.
Velonomad is a cycling travel website. One of the big focuses is Etape du Tour and other Sportives like La Maratone and La Marmotte. (Don’t know what these are? Click here.)
Part of being prepared for these sportives is training properly, and avoiding abandoning (some Etape du Tours see an abandonment rate of 30%, or, around 3,000 people) is training properly. So, I sell training plans for these events.
If you want a free week to see what they’re about, click one of the buttons below. If you’ve landed on this page from an email series, do not click the buttons below: you’ll just land back here again. 🙂
